We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how we'll sort it.
1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Email sicariorides@gmail.com with your order number.
2. Returning an Item
Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us
Items must be unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty

3. Refunds
Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving the return
Refunds issued to the original payment method
Original shipping costs refunded only if the entire order is returned
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 30 days at sicariorides@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage.
